Questions travel.
Documents stay.

A federated knowledge management platform. An organisation puts questions to its own documents, and to a partner organisation’s, without the documents leaving the machines they sit on.

Two organisations, each holding its own documents, exchanging questions and snippets across checked boundaries An organisation Its documents Platform stores the documents A member of staff An outside assistant A helpdesk ticket AI local model AI cloud model Another organisation Platform stores the documents Its documents a question relevant snippets, not whole documents checked checked on both sides
Each diamond marks a point where something crosses the boundary of an organisation and is checked before it does.

The short version

Where the documents live
They stay on the organisation’s own infrastructure and are searched where they are.
What crosses the boundary
Every relevant snippet is checked before it leaves: released as it is, released with sensitive values replaced, or held back.
Who can ask
People at their desks, outside assistants and support tickets all come in through the same check.
What passes between organisations
Questions and relevant snippets rather than whole documents, with no central service in the middle.
What is kept
Every answer keeps the evidence it was built from, and every decision leaves a record.

Watch it running

The recorded walkthrough will be published here.

Expected in the second half of September 2026.
